Helping people succeed in business and in life is a vocation I love.

That’s why I became a coach after spending years as a pastor.

Seeing Christian professionals deepen their confidence, gain clarity on their goals, transform their mindset, and achieve the life they want through 1:1 coaching fills my heart with joy and gratitude. But I’ll be honest—it did not happen overnight.

Even as someone who loves Jesus and has served him most of my life, I still struggled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the kind of insecurity that made me compare myself to every other woman in the room.

Not only that, but as much as I loved being a pastor, God placed in my heart a desire for the kind of financial freedom that leading a church wouldn't provide.

My husband, Jimmy, and I have long talked about retiring in the mountains, taking care of my parents, and contributing to financially to ministries we love. At first I fought this vision, uncomfortable with leaving a vocation I loved and in which I excelled. Uncomfortable with unapologetically striving for financial success.

But God is a God of possibilities and does not call us to play it safe!

Once I did my own work for transformation, it was obvious that God was calling me to a new path...a new vocation...new service.

The same skills that helped me thrive as a pastor continue to help me as a coach. I became a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC)™ with Brendon Burchard to serve my clients even more.

The women I work with aren’t lacking talent, ambition, or faith—they’re just ready for more clarity, alignment, and purpose.

One client discovered that God was leading her toward an entirely new profession. Through our work together, she found the courage to pivot—and now through continued coaching, she’s thriving in a role that allows her to serve others while contributing meaningfully to her family’s financial future.

Another, a high-achieving physician, came to coaching overwhelmed and stretched too thin. She walked away with practical tools to create work-life balance and, for the first time in years, experiences real peace.

Currently, some of my clients don’t like to talk about God during our sessions.

That’s totally fine. But most want that option. Discovering that I could help with spiritual encouragement as well as with the transformative material within High Performance Coaching™, was proof yet again that, “God’s a genius!”

Since then, I’ve I poured my heart into refining this process and helping people with the same kinds of insecurities, doubts, embarrassment, lack of clarity, and limiting dreams, to find their sacred worth, stop questioning their value, get off of the comparison treadmill, dream big, and to reach their goals at work–and in life!

Here’s a little something extra about me

I’m a sucker for dancing, music, playing cards with family and friends, and purses.

I told my husband I should either be rich or a cow because I love the smell of leather so much!

My happy place? Definitely spending time with my family on a lake surrounded by pine trees.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me taking rides with Husband in the 4Runner I call “Big Girl”, hanging out with my kids, or playing with dinosaurs and monster trucks with my grandson.
