Coaching sessions must be booked through our website or an authorised scheduling platform.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

If payment is not received, your session will be cancelled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
No refunds are given for missed or partially attended sessions.
Digital products, downloads, or group programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
